Running Buddy has completely changed strength training for me

With limited available time, strength training has been completely neglected for long periods. Running Buddy has completely changed this for me. The structured sessions are easy to fit into a busy daily schedule, the programmes are high quality and there is clear progression all through an app that is easy to use.

With limited available time, strength training has been completely neglected for long periods. Running Buddy has completely changed this for me. The structured sessions are easy to fit into a busy daily schedule, the programmes are high quality and there is clear progression all through an app that is easy to use. It is now a standard part of my training and is paying dividends. A PB in the recent Cardiff 10k is good evidence of this.




I feel more efficient and able to maintain my running form better in the latter stages of a race. The overall impact is a reduced perception of effort meaning that I can tolerate a higher pace and really finish races stronger than ever before. Recovery from hard sessions is much easier and the standard niggles which were once part of training in preparation for a big race are no longer present.
