Less Fatigue & Faster Pace
I started using Running Buddy because I had been running for a few years but felt that I was stuck and wasn’t making any progress. I noticed such an improvement after the first few weeks of using the app. I feel much stronger now during my runs and have been able to increase my distances while keeping a faster pace.

Highly recommended!
Loved my time on running buddy so far. I joined for the starting line strength workouts and I’ve been really enjoying them. The progression is really good and they’re a good length and intensity, I never feel too worn out after but I’ve noticed extra strength and stability running and no injuries yet touch wood!

Pretty good!
After a long injury layoff I took a years Running Buddy subscription in January to ensure that when I added S&C into my training plans I was doing the right work. Patricks plans and videos are clear to understand and simple to follow meaning they've slotted simply into my week allowing me to completed a consistent run of training for the last few months.

Fantastic experience and highly recommend Running Buddy App
I went to Patrick initially for a calf injury which we rehabed over the course of 6 weeks. Once I was back running and finished up my rehab I decided to sign up for the running Buddy app and this has been invaluable to me in building up to full running training again.

Finishing Dublin Marathon this year feeling strong rather dragging my cramping legs across the line was a nice feeling!!
I missed the majority of the summer of 2022 with injury. When I eventually sorted the problem, my physio told me I’d be back lying on his table again unless I brought S&C into my weekly schedule.

Running Buddy has completely changed strength training for me
With limited available time, strength training has been completely neglected for long periods. Running Buddy has completely changed this for me. The structured sessions are easy to fit into a busy daily schedule, the programmes are high quality and there is clear progression all through an app that is easy to use.

I managed to stay injury free and get a 9 minute improvement on my previous marathon time!
I started using Running Buddy last summer with the Dublin City Marathon set as my target race. I knew I needed to add strength training into my race preparations but struggled to find the time to fit it in with my running.
