I've been running for about 10 years, making slow progress over time, and encountering setbacks due to injuries. However, back in May, I made the decision to incorporate proper strength and conditioning into my training regimen by signing up for Running Buddy. I don’t like gyms and I have 2 young kids at home so finding time can be challenging. Running Buddy provides the flexibility to train wherever and whenever I want. While I don't necessarily enjoy strength and conditioning exercises, and I've struggled to find programs tailored specifically to running, Running Buddy has addressed these issues. The exercises are distinct from those in other plans and facilitate safe progression. Recently, I completed a five-month marathon training block, which has been my most successful to date. A significant portion of my improved performance can be attributed to the strength and conditioning component complimenting my running routine
