Starting Line
This programme is perfect for runners who are new to strength training, or who haven't strength trained in a while. Starting Line is designed to be performed at home without equipment and includes two workouts per week. It features three levels, with each level taking 4-6 weeks to finish. The aim of the program is to help runners learn the fundamental movements needed for effective strength training while developing early strength gains.

Upon sign up, you will have access to the Running Buddy "User Manual". This provides more detail about the programmes and provides templates that outline how weekly running and strength sessions can be scheduled.
