I would highly recommend the Running Buddy app. I ran my fourth Dublin Marathon this year and got a PB of 8 minutes. It was my first time training for a marathon without getting injured. I started using Running Buddy in May after having hamstring problems for a few months and it has been the main reason for my PB. I felt strong in all my long runs and on the day was able to hold a constant pace throughout whereas I used to fade off in the last 10/12km previously. A big thank you to Patrick for all his help, always a rapid response to any questions asked!
