Loved my time on running buddy so far. I joined for the starting line strength workouts and I’ve been really enjoying them. The progression is really good and they’re a good length and intensity, I never feel too worn out after but I’ve noticed extra strength and stability running and no injuries yet touch wood!

Patrick is also a great host on the app, checking in and constantly making updates and adding new content. It’s great value!
