New Marathon PB and Less Aches and Pains

After my first sub 3:00 marathon in Dublin last year I noticed that I was picking up injuries when preparing for my most recent marathon.

After my first sub 3:00 marathon in Dublin last year I noticed that I was picking up injuries when preparing for my most recent marathon.

Patrick’s Running Buddy app gave me exercises that strengthened my core and conditioned my body. I just set a new PB in Valencia, a sub 2:50 marathon. I’ve noticed reduced aches and pains in my hips, groins, legs and core and believe the Running Buddy programmes really helped me both achieve this pb, and give me the confidence to target another marathon in the near future.
