I started using Running Buddy last summer with the Dublin City Marathon set as my target race. I knew I needed to add strength training into my race preparations but struggled to find the time to fit it in with my running.
I started using Running Buddy last summer with the Dublin City Marathon set as my target race. I knew I needed to add strength training into my race preparations but struggled to find the time to fit it in with my running.
Running Buddy makes strength training easily accessible and I like that the sessions don't take too long. Patrick is great to get back to questions and will advise the best sessions to try if you do experience any niggles.
I used the Pre Run Routine before all of my runs. The new Micro Workouts are great and I hope to fit in more strength work using these. I managed to stay injury free and get a 9 minute improvement on my previous marathon time!
