Having come back to running and trained for a marathon I wanted to add in some strength work. I have been running off and on for 15 years and never managed to stick with any form of strength training to compliment it.

Running Buddy is easy to follow, time efficient and a Patrick is extremely responsive if you have any queries. There are various levels to progress to and I have already seen tangible benefits in my recovery from tougher runs.
