Finishing Dublin Marathon this year feeling strong rather dragging my cramping legs across the line was a nice feeling!!

I missed the majority of the summer of 2022 with injury. When I eventually sorted the problem, my physio told me I’d be back lying on his table again unless I brought S&C into my weekly schedule.

I missed the majority of the summer of 2022 with injury. When I eventually sorted the problem, my physio told me I’d be back lying on his table again unless I brought S&C into my weekly schedule. Like most runners I would much prefer to spend my free time clocking up miles rather than working out in the gym. I also doubted if the exercises I was doing were actually beneficial for running. The discovery of the Running Buddy app changed all that. The quality and specificity of the routines is of the highest quality. I can now track and progress my workouts from home. With clear demonstrations and levels of difficulty it makes including S&C in the weekly schedule easy and enjoyable.
