After a long injury layoff I took a years Running Buddy subscription in January to ensure that when I added S&C into my training plans I was doing the right work. Patricks plans and videos are clear to understand and simple to follow meaning they've slotted simply into my week allowing me to completed a consistent run of training for the last few months.

Patricks plans and videos are clear to understand and simple to follow meaning they've slotted simply into my week allowing me to completed a consistent run of training for the last few months. despite the increase in training hours I feel strong and in control with little or no niggles to distract me.



As a result of this consistency I've managed to hit all my running targets and have seen my average times fall steadily over the weeks while recovering quickly.



Runners know we need strength but most of the time don't know what to do and when, Patricks videos take the guess work away. The content is being constantly updated with more sessions and plans regularly added. Any questions are promptly answered by Patrick himself. I would 100% recommend a Running Buddy subscription to anyone looking to add a simple but effective strength and mobility plan into their training week.
