I started using Running Buddy because I had been running for a few years but felt that I was stuck and wasn’t making any progress. I noticed such an improvement after the first few weeks of using the app. I feel much stronger now during my runs and have been able to increase my distances while keeping a faster pace.

I noticed such an improvement after the first few weeks of using the app. I feel much stronger now during my runs and have been able to increase my distances while keeping a faster pace. I’ve even found that my legs are a lot less fatigued and the recovery time after a run is a lot quicker. Running Buddy helped me complete my first half marathon and hit my target time.
The app is really user friendly and 30 minute workouts are easy to fit into my schedule. The workouts are easy to follow and the videos show exactly how to do each exercise. I love that you can track your workouts and have everything all in the one place too.
It's definitely shown me the importance of strength training and I think this app can benefit new and experienced runners!
